Introduction

These terms and conditions and the documents referred and linked to below (the "Terms") set out the basis upon which the website operated under the URL "lets777.com" (the "Website") and its related or connected services (collectively, the "Service") will be provided to you.

Please read these Terms carefully, as they form a binding legal agreement between you, our customer ("Customer"), and us. By opening an account (the "Account") and using the Service, you agree to be bound by these (i) Terms; (ii) our Privacy Policy; (iii) our Cookies Policy; (iv) other regulatory obligations; and (v) the rules applicable to our products Terms, together with any amendments that may be published from time to time. All lets777.com products are operated by Graucus Trade Ltd ("Graucus"), a limited liability company registered in Hong Kong with registration number 74414217, and a registered address at Unit 1411, 14th floor Cosco Tower, 183 Queen's Road Central, Sheung Wan, Hong Kong.

The Service is licensed and regulated under the Gaming Act, issued by the Tobique Gaming Commission.

These Terms may be translated and published in any local languages in accordance with the countries the Website operates in. In case of there being a discrepancy between the English language version and any of the other language versions, the English language version will be deemed to be correct.

We reserve the right to amend these Terms at any time.

When an amendment is not substantial, Graucus may not provide you with prior notice, however, any material changes to the Terms, which may require re-confirmation of the acceptance before they take effect will be sent via notification email and/or a pop-up on the Website.

If you object to any such changes, you must immediately stop using the Service. Continued use of the Service indicates your agreement to be bound by such changes.

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Graucus with the respect to your access and use of the Service, and supersedes all other prior agreements and communications, whether oral or written with respect to the subject matter hereof.

Definitions

Account – Your user profile, which contains your funds, purchased tickets, and associated personal data

Deposit – The amount of money added to your account, which can later be used to buy tickets.

Drawing – The process of selecting a certain number of specified standard or bonus numbers within a lottery. Drawings occur at regularly scheduled intervals on specific days and times, as determined by the lottery operator.

Graucus - The owner of the license which the Website operates under.

Line – A line refers to a single set of numbers chosen for a specific lottery drawing. Depending on the lottery, it may include varying amounts and/or a different range of standard and bonus numbers (if applicable).

Lottery – A numerical game that involves a drawing of numbers.

Operator –The organization responsible for conducting the drawing in a particular lottery.

Payment Method - A method used to deposit and/or withdraw fund from the Account

Player - Individual using the Services - owner of the registered account

Ticket – An electronic entry for a specific lottery drawing that includes one or more lines of selected numbers.

Winnings – A favorable result for a specific ticket, indicating that a match required to win has occurred between a set number defined by the lottery of your selected numbers and those drawn in the drawing for which the ticket was purchased. These numbers may come from the pool of standard and, if applicable, bonus numbers for one or more lines included in the ticket. Any additional winnings associated with the ticket are not considered part of the winnings and belong to the company.

1. Player's Obligations

1.1. When using the Service Player agrees that at all time:

    They are eighteen (18) years old or above and can enter into a legally binding agreement with Graucus.
    They are in the country where it is lawful to use the Service (if in doubt, they should seek local legal advice) - it is the Player's responsibility to ensure that your use of the service is legal. Players may not use the Service in any country which may prohibit the offering of online gambling to its residents or to any person within such country.
    They do not reside in the FATF listed high-risk jurisdiction subject to a Call of Action

    They are not residents of the following Canadian provinces:

    They have read and understood the Terms & Conditions
    They are not depositing monies originating from criminal or/and other un-authorized activities.
    They are acting solely on their own behalf as a private individual in a personal capacity and not on behalf of another party or for any commercial purposes.
    By using the Service, they may lose some or all of your money deposited to the account in accordance with these Terms and they will be fully responsible for that loss.
    They are authorized to use the Payment Method used for deposits and/or withdrawals from the Account.

1.2. The Player is obligated to register and account with the Website to be able to use the Service. For the registration to be completed individuals are required to provide personal details, like first and last name, date of birth and residential address at minimum, and accept the Terms.

1.3. The Player is required to keep their provided personal information on the Account up-to-date at all times.

1.4. The Player must keep their password confidential. If misuse is suspected, Website Customer Service is to be contacted immediately. This may require additional documentation to be provided to enable verification of the Player's identity.

1.5. The Player is allowed to have only one account registered with the Website.

1.6. The Company is under no obligation to open an account to anyone.

2. Services

2.1. The website enables players to purchase a lottery ticket(s) and to place casino bet(s). When purchasing the ticket on our website the client does not purchase an official ticket or entry into the underlying lottery. Instead, a bet with our internal bookmaking entity (Ltech) is being placed.

2.2. Winnings are determined by matching the numbers selected in the bet with the official results of the underlying lottery drawing. All Winnings are paid directly by our bookmaking entity and are forwarded to the client's account. We are not the official lottery operator and do not claim affiliation with any official drawing organization.

2.3. The amount of winnings will always match the official amount provided by the lottery's operator (after deducting any applicable fees) and will be converted to your account's currency based on the current exchange rate. Taxes, customs duties, and other fees may be deducted from the winnings by both the operator and the company. However, you are responsible for covering all taxes, customs duties, and other fees related to claiming the winnings.

2.4. Winnings up to a certain amount (based on the current exchange rate) will be automatically deposited into your account. Winnings exceeding a certain amount will be reviewed individually and manually deposited into your account. You will be informed of all the necessary procedures. You also agree to take any necessary actions, submit required documents, or sign agreements as needed to collect your winnings.

2.5. All ticket purchases and casino bets are final and cannot be canceled or refunded once confirmed.

2.6. You acknowledge that your data (including personal information) may be shared with the operator and other third-party entities if necessary to collect the winnings.

2.7. The company does not offer its own number games. Instead, lotteries are organized and managed by third-party operators. The company is not directly affiliated with any of these operators. Any references to the operators on the website are for informational purposes only and do not promote the services of any particular operator, nor do they indicate any affiliation with them.

2.8. By using the services on the Website, you confirm that all funds used to purchase tickets or make deposits are legally owned by you and have not been stolen, restricted, or reported as lost to the relevant authorities.

2.9. The fee for placing a bet includes a service charge for the website's offerings. By using the website, you waive any right to dispute, debate, or make claims regarding this charge and acknowledge that it may differ from the official price set by the operator.

2.10. All bets for a specific drawing must be placed before the drawing date and time. The deadline for submitting bets varies for each lottery. We reserve the right to adjust the times if the operator postpones the drawing date, which is beyond our control. Any bets placed between the specified time and the drawing time will only be applicable for the next drawing of that particular lottery, and you will be explicitly informed of this during the betting process. The date of a bet is considered to be the date when the receipt is received from the payment gateway you used for payment, or the recorded date of the bet made with your deposit. If we provide the receipt or the bet confirmation using your deposit after the drawing date and time specified, we reserve the right to automatically move the bet to the next lottery drawing for which it was intended.

2.11. In the event of rare and unintentional errors in the website's software or other malfunctions that prevent a ticket from being purchased as requested, the company will compensate for the unfulfilled purchase by providing a ticket for another drawing of the same or a different lottery, or by refunding the ticket purchase cost in the form of additional funds deposited into your account. The company's liability is limited to the cost of the ticket purchase.

2.12. For each order, you can purchase up to 20 tickets, with a total order amount not exceeding 1000 € (or equivalent in other currencies). Each ticket can contain a maximum of 25 lines.

2.13. Participating in a drawing (by purchasing a ticket) is governed by these terms of use, as well as the applicable laws, regulations, and rules of the lottery.

2.14. In the event of an error that results in unearned winnings being granted to you or an increase in your existing winnings, you are not entitled to them. You must immediately notify the company of such an occurrence and return the erroneously calculated winnings to the company as directed. Alternatively, the company may, at its discretion, withdraw the equivalent amount from your account.

2.15. Keypads Limited (Keypads), with a registered office at Griva Digeni, 1, RENANDA COMPLEX, BLOCK 1, Apartment/Office 11, Agios Tychonas, 4532, Limassol, Cyprus, is responsible for some of the payment services. Keypads is a wholly owned subsidiary of Graucus.

3. Account Management

3.1. We accept account registrations in multiple countries and currencies. All account balances and transactions appear in the currency either automatically selected by the country and/or region of registration, or chosen by the Player during registration.

3.2. We do not give credit for the use of the Service.

3.3. We may close/suspend/forfeit/refund and/or confiscate funds available on your Account and/or refuse to honour a claim in the event that we find that directly or indirectly:

    the Terms have been violated; and/or
    Other unauthorised activities occurred in connection with a betting event and/or operation of an Account (such as, but not limited to, breach of the law or other regulations, breach of a third party rights, fraud, and cheating)
    we reasonably believe that you are not complying with AML and any other applicable regulations, and/or
    to ensure the integrity of fairness of the Service, if it is determined by our relevant team that you have employed or made use of the system (including machines, robots, computers, software or any other automated systems) designed to defeat or capable of defeating our applications and/or software, or if we notice any irregular playing patterns or if we have other reasonable grounds.

3.4. The Company reserves the right to request additional information and documentation to verify your identity at any time. Your account may be suspended or terminated if the requirements are not met.

3.5. You agree to fully cooperate with the Company and provide all necessary documentation in good faith, particularly for an account verification and/or to collect winnings.

3.6. The Company reserves the right to immediately suspend and/or close an account or block access to the website without providing a reason. You will be notified of this occurrence via an email sent to the address specified in your account profile.

3.7. In the event of a permanent closure of your account, the remaining funds will be available for your withdrawal to the verified payment method, up to the amount deposited.

3.8. In the circumstances where an Account requires closure for any reason and the remaining funds in the Account are insufficient to cover any withdrawal fees associated with sending the monies back to the Customer or are below the minimum withdrawable amount limit set by payments provider, funds will be forfeited. Contractual obligations already matured will, however, be honoured.

3.9. The Company is not responsible for any losses or actions resulting from unauthorized access to your account using your account's access data. You are also required to notify the Company if you suspect any unauthorized access to your account.

3.10. The Company reserves the right to refuse, restrict or limit any bet at any time for whatever reason, including any bet perceived to be placed in a fraudulent manner in order to circumvent our betting limits and/or system regulations.

3.11. If any amount is mistakenly credited to your Account it remains our property and when we become aware of such a mistake, we shall notify you and the amount will be reclaimed from your Account.

3.12. You must inform the Company as soon as you become aware of any errors with respect to your Account.

3.13. Should you wish to close your Account with us, please send an email from your registered email address to [email protected]

4. Dormant Accounts

4.1. Your Account becomes dormant if there has been no successful deposits on your Account, and/or your Account has not recorded any betting activity for 6 consecutive months or more. This includes no pending and/or graded bets.

4.2. You will be notified on the 5th month of the inactivity that your Account is due to become dormant.

4.3. When your Account becomes inactive the Company will charge an administrative fee of 2%, but no more than €5 or other currency equivalent per month on your Account. The charges will be deducted from your Account as long as the Account does not go into negative balance.

5. Deposits

5.1. Deposits to your Account should be made in the currency of the account, using methods outlined on the Website. Any deposits made in any other currency will be converted using the daily exchange rate of your own bank's and/or payment provider (in a situation when said payment provider accepts your bank's currency) prevailing rate of exchange following which your Account will be deposited accordingly.

5.2. Fees may apply to deposits not rolled over three (3) times - any deposit made to an Account which is not rolled over at least three times will incur, at our discretion, whichever is greater from a 10% processing fee and any applicable withdrawal fee on the withdrawal amount. Please note that we reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to charge a fee or fees in the event of irregular transaction behaviour. We also reserve the right to reject withdrawals if the rollover requirement is not completed.

5.3. You are responsible for your own bank charges that you may incur due to depositing funds with the Website.

5.4. Depending on your payment method used to deposit the funds the minimum and maximum amounts of single deposit may apply.

5.5. Your funds are deposited and held in the respective client wallet based on the currency of your Account.

5.6. We are not a financial institution and you will not be entitled to any interest of any outstanding Account balances. Any interest accrued on the client Accounts will be paid to the Company.

5.7. Funds originating from ill-gotten means must not be deposited with us.

6. Withdrawals

6.1. You might send a withdrawal request through your Account.

6.2. The funds will be processed to the same payment method used to deposit into your Account and, in case it's not possible due to the technical reasons, to any other payment method which is verified with us.

6.3. Depending on the payment method used for withdrawal the minimum and maximum amounts of the single and/or cumulative withdrawal may apply.

6.4. The Company charges no fees for withdrawing funds, however, there might be costs and fees from third-party entities. All payments of this kind will be covered out of the withdrawn funds.

6.5. The Company reserves the right to withhold a withdrawal of funds in the event of a suspicion (on Company's own discretion), that you might take or perform actions recognized as a fraud, violating the existing law or in other way violating the interest of the Company. In such events, the Company may take, engage in or support any investigation on the matter (including, but not limited to making all the information, including personal data, available to any third-party entities the Company deems requiring this information), while you agree to cooperate and support all the actions taken by the Company in this matter.

7. Payment Processing

7.1. You are fully responsible for paying all funds owed to the Company. You must make all payments to us in good faith and no attempt to reverse a payment made or take any action which will cause such payment to be reversed by a third party in order to avoid liability legitimately incurred. You will reimburse us for any chargebacks, denial or reversal of payment you make and any loss suffered as a consequence thereof.

7.2. The Company may use third-party electronic payment processors and/or merchant banks to process payments made by you and you agree to be bound by their terms and conditions providing they are made available to you and those terms do not conflict with these Terms.

7.3. All transactions made on the Website might be checked to prevent money laundering or terrorism financing activity. All transactions with reasonable grounds to suspect money laundering and/or terrorist financing will be reported to the relevant authority.

8. Errors

8.1. In the event of an error or malfunction, all affected bets will be voided. If you become aware of an error, you must notify us immediately.

8.2. We reserve the right to cancel bets affected by errors, including system malfunctions, incorrect odds, or erroneous results.

8.3. We reserve the right to recover from you any amount overpaid and to adjust your Account to rectify any mistake. If there are insufficient funds in your Account, we may demand that you pay us the relevant outstanding amount relating to any erroneous bets.

8.4. We reserve the right to limit, cancel or refuse bets in case they are considered to be fraudulent or if we see that the betting pattern of the player takes place in such a way that the system is being abused.

8.5. We are not in any measure liable for any downtime, server disruptions, lagging, or any technical or political disturbance to the game play.

8.6. Any refunds may be given solely at the discretion of the management.

9. General Rules

9.1. Bets are settled on the event's result as of its own conclusion, with the final result posted within 72 hours. Therefore, only errors identified within 72 hours of posting will be corrected.

9.2. Customers are solely responsible for their own Account transactions. Therefore, all bets should be reviewed by the Customer for any mistakes before sending them in. Once a transaction is complete, it cannot be changed.

9.3. The Company does not take any responsibility for missing or duplicate bets made by the Customer and will not entertain any discrepancy requests because of it.

10. Liability

10.1. We cannot be liable for any failure or delay in providing the Service due to an event of unforeseeable circumstances which could reasonably be considered to be outside our control despite our execution of reasonable preventative measures. In such an event, the Company reserves the right to cancel or suspend the Service without incurring any liability.

10.2. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our liability for any claim is limited to the amount wagered.

11. Prohibited Behaviour

11.1. You agree not to engage in behaviour deemed unlawful, inappropriate, or otherwise prohibited, including but not limited to:

    transmitting harmful or objectionable content
    engaging in fraudulent or misleading activities
    interfering with other users or Service operations
    creating account under false pretenses or using automated processes

11.2. Your Account can be closed for engaging in prohibited activities without notice. Any suspected violations may also be reported to the relevant authorities.

12. Intellectual Property

12.1. Lets777.com and related logos are registered trademarks of Graucus Trade Ltd. Unauthorized use of trademarks, content, or system resources will be pursued legally.

12.2. You are granted a limited, non-transferable license to access the Service for personal, non-commercial use.

12.3. You may not modify, reproduce, or distribute content on the Service without permission. Violation of these rights may result in civil and criminal penalties

13. Complaints

13.2. We aim to resolve all disputes within twenty eight (28) days. If you are not satisfied, you have the option to escalate your complaint to our licensing body by emailing to [email protected]

13.3. Disputes must be lodged within three (3) days from the date the bet was settled.

14. Breach of these Terms

14.1. Without limiting our other remedies, we may suspend or terminate your Account and refuse to continue to provide you with the Service, in either case without giving you prior notice, if in our reasonable opinion, you break any material part of these Terms. Notice of such action will, however, be promptly provided to you.

14.2. Taking into consideration all previous points, the following constitutes, but is not limited to, a severe breach of these Terms:

    Being underage when registering with us
    Using VPN or masking the IP address;
    Making use of stolen property/funds to engage in gambling activities on our website
    Colluding with third parties/individuals
    The use of automated players (bots); and/or
    Using our Services illicitly (including but not limited to money laundering or any other type of criminal activities)
